Development of Fishery Harbour at Navabandar

Client: Commissioner of Fisheries, Government of Gujarat
Contractual Position Sole Back-to-Back Execution Partner

  • Constructed 1,117.20 meters of western breakwater and 1,276.70 meters of eastern breakwater.
  • Successfully cast and positioned 2,260,795 MT of heavy rubble stones and 25,375 units of specialized tetrapods (scaling up to 25 metric tons per unit).
  • Constructed a 404 meter precast block wharf wall, 221-meter pile jetty, and a 390-meter pile finger jetty.
  • Executed 68,457 m³ of capital dredging and handled 754,524 m³ of fill material for land reclamation, completed in a record 3-month timeline.

Successful execution of a complex project, backed by marine expertise, specialized equipment, and strong project management.
